Did the lobotomy come before owning the car or did owning the car cause the lobotomy?

                         

The other day a lot of soil was delivered to the car park I use at work.  The soil was delivered to fill in the lumps and bumps.  These mounds of soil took up a car space or two.  That did not deter one driver.
